NPC:/dialogue Once you have all the materials, find a Paper Press and craft a Blank Regrade Scroll. Bring it back here, and I'll give you a special gem to use in the next step of the process.

NPC:/laugh I hope you didn't believe the rumors that I'm some kind of god! In truth, I'm only powerful because I took the time to learn how to craft!
