NPC:/explain Right then! Head north until you hit the Iron Road. There should be a young Dwarf there named Tilman. He's a scribe up in Andelph, so he should be able to write you a letter of recommendation.

NPC:/dialogue I'll write you a letter of recommendation which should get you into Andelph. Just take it to Station Director Lisbert, in Snowsend Station, and you can ride the tracks all the way up to the fortress. It's the only way to travel!
