NPC:/dialogue The spirits of Rufus and his men still haunt the Seachild Villa, defending it against anyone who tries to enter.

NPC:/talk But if you can find the ghost of Rufus Seachild and destroy it, you might just find his Wedding Ring as well.

NPC:/command If we had that ring, we could finally prove to his wife Jenelle that her husband has passed away. And that all she has to do to see him again is join him in the Hereafter.

NPC:/talk Go to the second floor of the Seachild Villa, put Rufus Seachild's spirit to rest, and bring me back his wedding ring. It's our one shot at freeing this poor girl from Jenelle's tormented ghost.
