NPC:/talk Ricefish and Rainbow Trout are Freshwater fish that live almost everywhere. The Ricefish you'll catch no problem, but the Trout... that'll be a different story.
NPC:/dialogue Leave the coast, find a nice river or lake, and get fishin'. But be sure you choose the right climate! Come back when you've got the fish I asked for, and I'll buy 'em from you for my stall here.
