NPC:/worry Fresh Fertilizer is a vital ingredient in creating fuel for ships and farm carts, so it's always in demand.
NPC:/dither Tell you what: if you can collect some Goat Meat and Fresh Fertilizer for me, I'll have a reward waiting for you when you get back.
