NPC:/command They keep the Transformed Residents in simple wooden cages scattered throughout the area, waiting for them to complete their metamorphosis and fall under their control.
NPC:/dialogue It's too late for the completed Flesh Golems, but you still might be able to save the Transformed Residents before they finish turning.
NPC:/handover Take these Protomorph Potions, and toss them into the Resident's Cages. That should regress their transformation and allow them to slip through the bars. It's their only chance to escape this madness!
