NPC:/excuse I sent a squad to track down Verith and kill him, but they've made little progress. And every day, we face new horrors in the mist. At this point it's all we can do to hold the line... But something tells me you may have better luck.

NPC:/dialogue Verith makes his lair in a wooded canyon to the North. He is well-guarded, and a powerful mage in his own right. But if you can kill him, you'll have the thanks of the Arden Guard--and of the Goddess Nui herself.
