NPC:/surprise Shepherd Luka said someone with a hat is following him? And that this person is the murderer?

NPC:/worry Gregor does wear a hat, but so do many other people. What sort of reason to arrest him is that supposed to be?! And he'd certainly not follow anyone around like some criminal.

NPC:/talk Those damn guards just wanted to bring him in, so the general public has someone to blame for the crime. Gregor IS innocent, I know it, but seems like Luka won't give us any further information.

NPC:/talk Perhaps if we find out who this mysterious person following him is, we'll find out who the true criminal is. I'll ask around here, but you should go and talk to Mayor Jeffrey in Windshade.
