NPC:/talk I'll provide you with a Festival Balloon Magithopter that you can use in our themepark. Your normal gliders and magithopters are not permitted, to make this all fair.
NPC:/talk Once you take flight, our lovely employees will try to hit your with water guns and water balloons. Do your best to avoid getting hit by any of it.
NPC:/talk You'll see cute Balloon Corgis show you the general direction you should go and once you spot a Cow Target, it's your time to start blasting your water balloons.
NPC:/say The starting point is right over there and if you have any further questions, go and take a look at the Notice Board. It will explain you all the important things.
NPC:/talk Once you're done, simply close your Festival Balloon Magithopter to come back here and grab your rewards with me.

Equip the Festival Balloon Magithopter and fly torwards the Balloon Corgis.
Throw water balloons at the Cow Target and close the magithopter when you're ready to return to the starting point.
