NPC:/dialogue You will have to be fast, but if you're confident that you can do it, I say give it a try. It's quite simple really! You will have to look for Mature Frost Flowers and uproot them.
NPC:/talk Don't worry about the seed part, we can handle that, so all you worry about is finding the flowers and bringing them to us. But here's the trick!
NPC:/conclude Before you touch them, rub your hands on one of the nearby Ice Pillars to cool them down. Once you can hardly feel your finger tips, you can let go of the pillar and grab the flowers.
