NPC:/explain Some still believe Ynga was a heretic, dabbling in the powers of the gods. But your discoveries--and the Naga's appearance--suggest there was more to his story than that. Your testimony would be invaluable for their deliberations.

You:/worry If they lock away Ynga's research, it will be useless in fighting off the Akasch! My mission will have been a failure!

You:/sigh It is imperative that they continue his research. The fate of the world may depend on it! How do I join the council to give my testimony?
