The improved version of the Skillsaver Pendant. Works where the basic one has no use.
Used to open the 4th, 5th and 6th skillsaver cell to save the current skillset or migrate stats.
Open the Skills window (K) and click the Expand Skillsaver button to save the current skillset.
Open the Character Info window (C) and click Migrate Stat for Stat Migration.
