This design builds a completed building only for the first time; it requires the necessary building materials when used again after the original building is demolished.The materials are listed in the new design created upon demolition of the original building. Features Activated Upon Completion - Memory Hearth: Can be saved as a destination in a Memory Tome. Also generates Memory Embers, allowing the owner to return for free. - 3 Seedbeds: Each seedbed can grow 50 seeds of the same kind. - Little Witch House Jar: Generates 2 types of Daily Quest.
Returned via mail if removed. Return will be delayed 22 hours if the removal is due to unpaid taxes. Can't be sold once built.
Pay the security deposit and taxes to place a house. The security deposit equals 2 weekly tax payments, and will be returned when the building is demolished. (Not returned if the building is removed because of late payments.)
Taxes are charged weekly, and increase depending on the number of structures you own on this server as well as your Territory and Hostile tax rates.
Cannot be placed on severe slopes or obstacles. Any objects within the construction perimeters, including plants and trade packs, will be destroyed.
