Active Effects Grants the Deliverance Shield buff to caster and allies within 10m for 3 seconds, which absorbs up to 1,500 damage before expiring. Also grants the Salvation buff for 1 minute, preventing further Deliverance Shield or Hand of Salvation buffs until it expires.
